About Vijaya Bank Recruitment 2024
Vijaya Bank is a one of the medium sized Public Sector Bank with presence across all the states in India. It is also a nationalised banks in India. It was first established at Bunts Hostel in Mangalore on October 23, 1931.

Eligibility Criteria for Vijaya Bank Recruitment 2024
Nationality/Citizenship:
A candidate must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 01.01.1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India as per the Indian penal rule.
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Sri Lanka, east African, Pakistan, Burma, countries of Mallawi, Zaha, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, and Vietnam, with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that the job seeker belonging to categories mentioned above, should be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility is been offered by Indian Government.
A job seeker in whose case a notification of eligibility is necessary can be admitted to the written exam and document verification conducted by the Bank but only upon final selection, the appointment letter or offer may be given, after the necessary eligibility certificate been provided to him by the Government of India.
Educational Qualification:
The participant should possess 10th or 12th Standard (pass) or its equivalent. Job seeker those who are/were engaged on temporary basis in Vijaya Bank for a minimum period of 60 days are eligible to apply for the exam.
For the bank authority, the age and educational qualification eligibility will be reckoned as per the exact guidelines as on the date of their initial engagement.
Knowledge of Official Language:
The job seeker should be capable to read, speak and write the official language of the state/English/Hindi.
Age limit:
18 to 26 years as on April 27, 2024.

For PWD & SC/ST/EXSM participants: Rs.50/- towards initial charges only. And for others: Rs.150/- per application.
Selection Process for Vijaya Bank Recruitment:
- Job seeker will be shortlisted only after two screening process. Selection will be done only through the online examination and personal interview depending on number of eligible candidate.
- Online exam consists of English language, General awareness with reference to bank industry and Financial management.
- Each session will be awarded with 50 marks and the total time taken will be around 120 minutes.
- Personal interview may comprise of banking questions regarding accountancy, commerce and business maths.
- For every wrong question one/fourth of the mark (i.e) 0.25 will be deducted. The question that is left as blank will not be awarded marks.
